Birch Hill Cabin, Bears Den Cabin, Old Log Cabin:
For confidentiality & permission reasons, your permit number must be provided to us in order to make a cancellation.

Prior to 30 days before reserved date	100% refund
10-30 days before reserved date	85% refund
Less than 10 days before reserved date	No refund

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the cancellation is received.

Slippery Rock Pavilion, Chestnut Hill Pavilion, Stitt Pavilion, Scholl Pavilion, Wick Pavilion:
For confidentiality & permission reasons, your permit number must be provided to us in order to make a cancellation.
